My husband and I are long term serial investors in both property and equities. As such we have a great deal of experience (both good and bad!) and have learned a huge amount about what makes a good investable proposition. We have worked with James over the past 2 years during the expansion of his property portfolio. This has been on larger projects; such as a garage conversion and HMO remodelling and also smaller jobs; such as fixing a leaky toilet or damaged plaster.

In terms of a working relationship, James is a great customer; paying on time (often on the same day as invoiced, which is rare!), friendly and fair when it comes to discussing additional, necessary work. I would also add that from my perspective, he appears to be a great landlord. When an issue is raised by one of his tenants, he’ll call or message us straight away and once we’ve quoted the work and agreed a price he doesn’t hesitate in getting it completed. I can see that he really tries to give his tenants the best possible service and makes sure everything is in full working order so they have a happy home.
