Thanks for stopping by! I'm James, the founder of 3FiveSix Property Solutions. Teaming up with Louisa, Monty and Carys, we bring a personal, hands-on approach to property management across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

A proud Australian-turned-Brit since 2008, I began my property journey in 2020 and have since built a diverse portfolio that includes HMOs, single lets and homes for supported living providers. As a landlord myself, I understand the real-world challenges of managing property—and I’m passionate about helping others experience the benefits of hassle-free investment.

With over 20 years’ experience in customer service and management, I’ve built 3FiveSix around the values of trust, transparency, and genuine care for both landlords and tenants. Together, our growing team manages a large and varied portfolio with the goal of delivering peace of mind to every client we work with.

Louisa Dare

Tenant Services & Accounts Lead

Meet Louisa Dare, a seasoned professional with 3 decades of expertise within the rental sector. Born and bred in Hertfordshire, Louisa embarked on her journey in the property industry from the age of 18, her passion for all things property has been a driving force in her career.

Throughout her professional tenure, Louisa has successfully navigated the realms of residential lettings, block management, and HMOs. Her commitment to the industry extends beyond the workplace, as she has personally undertaken two refurbishments, showcasing her hands-on experience and dedication to property development. Louisa's multifaceted background includes not only managing properties but also being a landlord herself, providing her with a holistic understanding of the challenges and intricacies involved.

Known for her excellent communication and problem-solving skills, Louisa is an invaluable asset in managing the day-to-day administration of our properties. Her professional yet approachable demeanour ensures that our tenants receive top-notch service, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of our property management services.

Monty Kareem‑Saad

Maintenance & Tenant Support Lead

Meet Monty Kareem-Saad, our go-to expert for all things maintenance and on-the-ground support. With over a decade of experience in property and housing management, Monty brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to even the most complex challenges.

Throughout his career, Monty has managed everything from block portfolios to mixed-use sites, always with a focus on efficiency, tenant wellbeing, and clear communication. He’s skilled at coordinating contractors, resolving maintenance issues swiftly, and ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, and welcoming.

Now at 3FiveSix, Monty takes the lead on maintenance visits, emergency call-outs, and snagging checks, working flexibly to ensure every issue is handled with care. His hands-on approach and commitment to doing things properly make him a valued presence in the day-to-day running of our homes.

Approachable, dependable, and always willing to go the extra mile, Monty plays a key role in supporting both our tenants and the wider team.

Carys Stovin

Tenant Experience & Engagement Lead

Meet Carys Stovin, a dynamic and driven member of the 3FiveSix team, with a strong foundation in marketing and a passion for property. Based in Northampton, Carys blends creativity, professionalism, and hands-on experience as a landlord to support tenants and elevate the way we manage shared living.

Before joining 3FiveSix, Carys spent several years working in digital marketing and brand communications, where she led content creation, managed social channels, and contributed to national campaigns. Her ability to connect with audiences translates seamlessly into her role, where she supports tenants from their first viewing through to move-in and beyond.

As Tenant Experience & Engagement Lead, she also leads our social media presence—bringing the voice of 3FiveSix to life online. With her proactive, friendly approach and sharp attention to detail, Carys plays a key role in ensuring our properties not only run smoothly, but feel like home.
